Yesterday afternoon, I had the pleasure of taking studio portraits of four adorable siblings. You might recognize them from the Beach portraits we did earlier this week. Their mom wanted to get portraits of them with their favorite item. We also did some individual portraits and some of them all together. Here’s a few of my favorites.
It was so much fun to take beach portraits for my dear friends who live out of state. I don’t get to see them nearly enough and I was excited to be finally meeting their son. He is so adorable and has the most gorgeous smile. Their girls have grown a lot since I saw them last and are all so cute. All four kids did amazingly well during the almost an hour and a half we spent taking their portraits. We got a ton of fabulous shots, so many that it was very, very hard to pick one for their sneak peek. Here’s what I ended up picking.
It was such a pleasure meeting Lori and her daughter Abby. Abby has her First Communion tomorrow and I was lucky enough to get to take her portraits for this important event yesterday afternoon. Abby was an absolute delight, perfectly executing every pose I requested of her. Here are some of my favorites.
I Saturday I did the senior portraits for Melissa’s son Luke. Luke being a typical teenage boy wanted nothing to do with the portraits and was only going along with it because his mom made him. Although I am sure he would never admit it, he ended up enjoying himself and we got a bunch of great shots. Here’s a few of my favorites.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking portraits for Chris and Carrie’s family. They have a 4 month old daughter and an almost 3 year old daughter. Both girls are just adorable. The baby did amazingly well lasting through multiple clothing changes and poses. Big sister was the typical I don’t want to sit still for photos toddler/preschooler. We managed to get some cute shots of her anyway. Here’s some of my favorites.
I had so much fun at today’s session. I was doing portraits for a family I have been taking portraits of since their first child was a newborn. He is now two years old and has a six month old baby sister. I love it when I get to take portraits of the same kids at different ages. It is so much fun to see them as they grow-up. Michael was a typical two year old, more interested in playing with new toys than having his picture taken. Taylor was such a trooper, hanging in there for many different shots even though she had missed her morning nap. There were so many cute shots that I had a tough time picking out some for the sneak peek. Here’s the ones I ended up choosing:
Who can resist such a cute little Tinkerbell? Certainly not me! I just had to get some adorable shots of my 3 year old Falyn in her costume this morning. She is so excited about Halloween and just can’t wait to go Trick-or-Treating. She was such a good sport and posed like a pro, till she got tired and said, “Mommy, I think that is enough pictures.” She lasted for about 60 shots and we did get a bunch of adorable shots. Here’s a few of my favorites.
I had the pleasure of doing Olivia’s first birthday portraits this morning. I did Olivia’s newborn portraits and it was so much fun to be able to do her first birthday portraits as well. She is such a cutie and was very cooperative for a one year old. We were able to get a lot of adorable shots of her. Here’s a few of my favorites.
Every year my kids and I have a tye-dye day. The kids love to tye-dye their shirts. They can’t wait to see how they turn out and always want to wear them right away. We had our annual tye-dye day last Friday and washed out the shirts yesterday. Today they were ready to wear! I couldn’t resist taking a few portraits of them in their new tye-dye outfits.
